The Pullman Miami Airport Hotel was the original hotel we had planned our event. We may still go to this hotel, so we want you to share the details with you.
The hotel is a tropical paradise elegantly decorated and overlooking a peaceful blue lagoon. Located minutes away from Miami International Airport (complimentary shuttle), you will be close to your old high school neighborhoods. Hotel Reservations - Room rates are good through September 23rd, but are subject to availability.
Our special group rate is $119 for a single or double room. This includes a $10 per room night rebate that is donated to our Reunion account to cover food and beverage costs. When you reserve a room at the Pullman Hotel, we all benefit! There is an extra person charge is $20 per room per night for a third or fourth person. Current local taxes are 13% (6% to the State of Florida and 7% as a city tax).
We also have a discounted parking rate of $9 per day for overnight guests and $5 per day for day use guests (guests who are attending the events but not staying on property).
The room rate includes:
Complimentary wireless Internet
Complimentary transportation to and from the Miami International Airport (4:30 AM to 11:30 PM)
Complimentary bottled water and Keurig coffee makers
Complimentary refrigerators and safes in the room
Complimentary access to the Fit Lounge Fitness Center (24 hours)
If you previously made a reservation for the Pullman Hotel over our original May dates, the hotel will transfer your reservation automatically over to our new October dates. If you need to adjust your reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
The deadline for Reservations is September 23, 2020. Your reunion committee has blocked a limited number of rooms at the group rate, so reservations made after September 23rd will be subject to availability
Make your reservation by calling the Group Reservation Desk at the Hotel (305-503-8384) from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday thru Friday. You may also email email@example.com. Alumni must identify themselves as members of the Miami Senior High Class of 1970 Reunion. Be sure to talk to Group reservations as the hotel is likely already sold out for that weekend.
All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit.
Cancellations are accepted until 72 hours prior to arrival. If less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the one night deposit will be forfeited.
There is an early departure fee equal to one night room and tax.
Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 12 PM.
